EASY FITTING PROCESS
REVOLUTIONARY FITTING TOOL
What You Need: The OPRO mouthguard, the fitting tool, a ceramic bowl, freshly boiled water, a spoon, a timer, and cold water.
HEAT YOUR MOUTHGUARD
Pour freshly boiled water (100°c) into a ceramic bowl, insert fitting handle into mouthguard and immediately place the mouthguard in the water.
BITE DOWN HARD
Using the fitting handle pop the mouthguard centrally into your mouth and bite down hard.
COOL DOWN AND GO
Put mouthguard in cold water for 20 seconds. For best results, refrigerate for 15 minutes or leave at room temperature for an hour before use.

it stayed in place and didnt fall out too easy. The molding process was fine, just dont touch the mouthgaurd to the bottom of the pot or youll need to scrub rubber off if it.

Ich habe mir den Mundschutz als Anfängerin gekauft.In der Anleitung wird ausführlich die Anpassung erklärt- der Mundschutz sitzt perfekt und lässt sich gut tragen.Meine Teampartnerinnen klagen teilweise über Schwierigkeiten mit ihrem Mundschutz, zB das er drückt oder der Mund weh tut.Diese Probleme habe ich nicht.
