This is great for a classroom or for someone with a large caseload. Each pocket can easily hold 3 full folders, so the 20 pocket one was way, way too big for my needs and space. I ended up getting the 5 pocket version and it's perfect even though I use about 12 folders I can double some up by category. This has very much helped me organize my executive tasks.

My wife teaches kindergarten and she uses this as her “paper system” in the classroom. She has 22 students and after they complete any paper work they put their papers in their spot on the chart for the week. On Fridays she is able to just grab their work and put it in their folder and put the folder back in their spot. It is easy for the students to grab their work and folders throughout the week as well as very convenient for her. Highly recommend!

I wanted a more efficient system for organizing folders and passing out papers in my classroom. Instead of bulky mailboxes that take up a lot of space, I tried using hooks on the doors instead. I was very pleased to find that the hooks are thin enough to fit without preventing the doors from closing, and the quality is quite good. I’m excited to give this system a try! I love this! I have so many file boxes and folders. These are wonderful to organize and to see what’s in front of you instead of constantly looking down. You can hang in with the hangers that are provided. I use a magnet where I’m working on a door.on the big filing storage area. I’ve even hung them from the door and curtain rod. I hung this on a door in our break room. I was having difficulties with large envelopes and notes that I needed to hand out to my employees. This storage pocket organizer fits the bill for what I needed to have in place. Now employees can leave me notes or I can leave them individual notes and memos. It's right next to the time clock and everyone can reach it as it's the height of the door.The organizer comes with blank cut-out name tags. The ad pictured colored folders (not included) to put inside each pocket which would be good if you were organizing people by job classification. It has 20 pockets and you could realistically buy enough of them to hang for all your employees if 20 is not enough.

Product was as described. I really appreciated the dry erase cards so that it is easy to change labels. This product does come with 2 different sets of hangers, however it is much to wide to hang on a standard door.Additionally, I bought it to use in a classroom and the wall hooks were extremely difficult to mount. The hooks have 4 metal prongs that stick out of the back of the hook. You have to place the hook against the wall and then push the 4 pins. And since they have no flat end to push into the wall, you will need to use a hammer. This was my biggest complaint, I ended up using my own hooks.Aside from that product is as described and the folders fit nicely in the slots. They are easy to access and it seems to be made out of quality materials.
