This was perfect for what I wanted except for one small detail. The weight rack included is too close together for bumper plates. I had to make a small modification/adjustment to accommodate.

Companies should list the max weight of their j hooks. These are 220lb.

Good price, works well. I bought this primarily for bench but liked that I could also use it for squats, dips, and pull ups. As a point of reference, I’m 6’5, 220 ibs and this cage feels solid with pull ups and dips. I am just getting back into lifting and have only put 205 ibs of weight on the bench so far and it’s held up well with that amount and I’m confident it will more than what I will be able to throw at it.Cons: While I am confident in my usage for it, some of the orange paint has started to chip off from the bar hitting it and the weight holders on the sides are plastic and not as solid as the rest of the unit. Overall, if you’re a gym rat, this isn’t as nice as one that you would find in a serious gym. So if you are looking for top of the line, look elsewhere. but for a quarter of the cost I am very happy with this buy.

It's a good rack/cage for the price. It's very light so easy to move. Only down sides is that the plate holders are to close to each other so I can only put my bumper plates on one of them on each side. When I flat bench it's also tricky to do it in the cage because the bar can hit the weights thats are on the weight holder/ rung . The j hooks and safety spotter are much sturdier than expected i weigh 250-260lbs and i stood on the safety rack and it held me the j hooks have not bend on me and I did the same. Over all was a good purchase hopefully they are able to separate the weights holders so that way you are able to utilize bother of them with bumper plates and maby move it from the side to the back.

This is a very easy to put together and super solid designed rack. The instructions are clear, concise and accurate. My only wish would’ve been to put small numbered stickers on the parts bags to make locating similarly styled parts easier but minor gripe. Do yourself a favor and borrow and impact gun if you don’t have one, the included wrenches are for prosperity sake only lol. Use proper tools, you only need 2 people though instructions say 3 and you’ll have it workout ready in less than 2 hours.

Suggests 3 people to build, I did it by myself in 2hrs. The wrenches they provide are crap. Pretty sturdy, I’m female, 5’7”, 138lbs and I tested some pull ups and it felt secure. The instructions are tiny! Had to take pictures of each page to zoom in to see more clearly. Great for the money, shared the link to a few people already
