I liked that it is a littllonger than a regulal futon this style. Having the sides go up so it looked more like a sofa was a nice touch too. I purchased it for a studio apartment I own and am renting out furnished, so I can not speak to how it feels sleeping in it, but sitting in it was decent. It's not as soft as a sofa but for a futon it was worth the little extra I paid for it, compared to a typical futon. I have a regular futon in another apartment I own, and this one is considerably nicer and has character with the sides clicking up and the split back.I'd buy it again if I ever needed another one.

We needed a guest bed in our nursery and this was the perfect compromise. It looks amazing and is comfortable.

Good enough to sit and play guitar on and great for taking a mid day nap.No issues.Note: if you're over 250 pounds and can't squat to sit and have to plop down in a chair to sit, this might not be for you. Kind of made for us light weights.You could always get a piece of 3/4" plywood and cut it to fit and paint it black around the edges to make it a lot stronger. I may just do that because of the kids. Kids think every is indestructible till they brake it, then no one knows how it happened.

Good quality, very sturdy, love the various use options - as a couch, one-side folded, lay-flat bed. Color is very close to the image. Highly recommend.

I’m not sure I have ever been so impressed with a purchase from Amazon when it comes to furniture. This little couch has received so many compliments. It fits perfectly in this tiny room, which we converted to an office space. It was super easy to put together, the quality is fantastic at this price point and the versatility is mind blowing. I absolutely love this and want one for every room. In fact, I do believe we will be purchasing at least one other for the kids hang out space.
