These work well and are very sharp. They’re a little pricey but the quality is good.

I'm going to keep the knives but it is going to take some work to get them properly sharpened. I ordered two sets and all the knives seemed to have been sharpened with 80 grit on the belt grinder. Horrible edge with a big burr. To top it off, bad technique has led to uneven grinds with a slight recurve towards the handle. The colors do pop and will add a bit of playfulness to our casual meals.

Ce couteau est indémodable et me rappel les bonnes tables d’antan. Le design est indémodable le tranchant est de qualité. Il passe au lave vaisselle mais attention car le vernis passe au bout d’un bon moment. Il est préférable de les laver à la main.

These are excellent. We actually used them in a restaurant in Portland, ME. We had to order them after that! Great everyday knives. I ordered two sets. Love the different colors.

These knives actually do stay sharp as the first time they are used. I'm in love with the knife. Don't hesitate to but the set. Give the extras to a friend

They look sharp (haha) and smoothly glide through everything I've used them for. Hold up nice to dishwasher. Definitely glad I made the purchase.
