Only sent 1 kit when product description lists 2 kits included (that can be combined into 1). Logistics mistake maybe? Either case had to go through the return item hassle (still pending) and delay.

It was a good purchase. The hoses are a bit annoying however, once they’re in place and if the window piece doesn’t fall off, it’s ideal.

I have mine assembled. While they can sit side by side they really don’t attach. Must be taped together which eliminates the portability. Tape holds them together and used to seal the seams so spray paint can’t escape top or bottom. I don’t plan on moving mine so not a big issue. The blowers are a little weak and surprisingly loud. I did not use the hose and connectors supplied. The hose is heavy and stiff. The end connector designed to go in the window restricts the airflow dramatically! The opening is a long slot that is 1/3 the area of the hose so really limiting the air flow and with the weak fans this is a huge problem. I used 4” foil dryer duct which fits fine and made a panel to cover the window opening with 2-4” dryer connectors. I have a 10” fan behind that to boost air flow. Works decent but could still be better. The lights in the booths are the best feature as they are nice and bright.

This is an excellent spray booth “if” you are patient during the install. The first pic illustrates the gap that is created when installing the two booths together and the proper configuration of the side panels doubling as a base (its the white plastic that is configured in a diamond pattern after install). I used a piece of duct tape to fill the gap so as not to have overspray get on my table surface. Second pic points to three zip ties i installed on the top center of the combined booths to provide some horizontal support. Third pic points to the back corner of the booth, and the point where when installing the LED light bracket you need to place one hand on the backside of the booth and use your other hand somewhat forcefully push the bracket into the receptacle. If you don’t use a two handed approach you probably wont get the LED bracket to seat right/it wont work. This is the only tricky spot for most people. Last pic shows my less than elegant, yet highly effective exhaust system solution. I used one of the two flexible hoses provided. I cut the hose into 3 parts. Next, i used HVAC tape and a 4” plastic landscape “T” joint to combine the three hose pieces together. Lastly, i bought a bucket with a sealed lid. Next, i filled the bucket with 4” of water, cut a hole in the sealed lid and taped it all together. Now i am able to paint as much as i want without having to plumb the exhaust tubing out a window. All the paint fumes and particulate blows into the water at the bottom of the bucket. Works like a charm. Kills the smells, too. This is a great solution for folks in an apartment setting or that have no access to outside air. Happy spraying.

I'm so glad I got this instead of the high priced options. I couldn't be happier. Not too loud, lighting is perfect. I primarily use it as a single unit but life the option to extend if needed.

Met my expectations in quality, and yes, there are two units delivered. This was a mistake but not a knock against the manufacturer. At a little over 16” wide per unit I felt was one would not be enough, once again, wrong. I do a little airbrushing on HO scale buildings and build a 1:24 model here and there and one is all I need. Hey, I now have a new spare booth if I ever need one or decide to put them together.A couple of thing I ran into. The directions are sketchy but you’d have to be a tool to not be able to figure it out. The LEDs gave me a scare at first but you have to give them some delicate strength to plug them in. Also to save you some time, the hose connections on both ends screw in counterclockwise. It’s a fan but not very loud at all, compressor make much more noise. Be prepared to purchase a longer hose if you need more than 4’ feet or so to ventilate as the stated length would have to be straight and without bends. It’s a heavy hose but not very workable.

Using a small airbrush with this. Filters last longer than I thought and the workstation next to me cant smell the paint. Its noisy, but so is an air compressor.
