Purchased two 4’ cases and one 6’ case. The 4’ cases went together fine and no issues EXCEPT the backing on the front shelves is white not like pic. The 6’ case was missing all of the inserts for the locking bolts. They sent a new case 2 weeks later and same issue. We Jimmy rigged it together but not sturdy at all. And looks stupid with the barn board backing next to the ones with white backing. Useless

While the counter is nice enough, my biggest issue was the instruction papers. They could not have been more vague. It didn’t even show all of the parts. It was very similar to putting together a jigsaw puzzle without the picture. It took me 3 hours to get everything figured out but then I was missing one part of the drawer assembly and it wouldn’t stay together. I ended up having to just glue it all together. For $800 I expected better quality and definitely a better instruction manual if it’s not going to come assembled.
