This is a top quality stainless steel, it arrived when expected and no disappointment at all. this 24x12" sheet made a perfect coffee roasting drum for my rotating chicken roaster :) total cost for this sheet and welding wire was under $50 comparing to $350.00 on eBay for premade and small in size roasting drum. The rotisserie cost brand new $50 at Wal-Mart may be a lot less on amazon, conversion kit to propane $5.00@ local flea market :) well total cost of $105 made professional coffee roaster which could have cost me over $1000.00 if I had to buy one that's premade. Thank you amazon. Conversion from electric to propane was done because the rotisserie drains 1200 watts of electric plus it take about 40 minutes to roast espresso coffee, with propane burner removed from portable camping grill it takes 22 minutes at high setting and 28 minutes at medium setting. This is a very easy to weld material, I didn't have any mess or burn while welding with miler 80 watts.

The sheet is a good strong piece that can be formed into a 4" cylinder fairly easily. Pay close attention to the dimensions listed. The holes are fairly small and the thickness is enough to make it difficult to cut by hand. However, this is a very nice piece of material for the appropriate project.
