Great quality and can’t hear the pump, but our 3 cats can. One out of our 3 cats finally drank out of it, it’s really entertaining to watch them jump when they walk by and pump energizes. Recommend it to others!

So far love it took about 6 hours to get the full charge but left it for the 12 hours just to make sure. Super quiet and the cats love it

I wanted to get a cat fountain again and spent a while looking at a number of the fountains. We have a cat who loves moving water and would end up knocking the top off the previous fountain (and lots of water in the floor). The primary design feature I looked for was to be cat-proof. The top seals tightly and there is no lip for him to get his paws under. The top outer edge is flat and the pan somewhat shallow so he can lick water over the edge, but it’s been minimal. The other features I like about this is the cordless operation that allows intermittent operation. This is working beautifully. Both the sensor and timed intermittent works well. The sensor distance is less than others and is what I prefer. The controller is easy to use and intuitive (for me at least). I have not needed to recharge the battery yet, so I can’t make a comment on that aspect yet. The price is very reasonable for the apparent quality and features. I was also impressed with how well the unit was packed, with foam and bubble wrap to ensure the unit arrived without damage. I am very impressed with this fountain and would highly recommend it.

The first bowl I ordered wouldn't work. The pump charged OK, but would not start. I emailed the company and the were very helpful. They wanted me to video the product to show what was happening with it and send it to them. Once I did this, they sent a replacement which works very well.

Wow!My cats are curious but it’s nice I live the sensor option they give three set of filters.I’ll take pictures after bu do far I love the wireless.So far is working really good.Hopefully I’ll see my cats drinking out of it and update you guys if anything.

Unfortunately...while the description says wireless and you get 60 hours per charge...that is only if left on motion sensor....so your car needs to be trained to the bowl even if the water isn't running...my cats were afraid of it lol....old cats. Also, it's not as if you don't need to change the water daily...I let it go a few days and the water felt slimy, where I have always put fresh water out for my pets sometimes twice or more daily. Good concept but the wireless is the reason I purchased and so I'm going to return it.

My kitten plays with this fountain as he is fascinated by water. So I have moved this fountain to the shower. He still plays with it. Hoping he grows out of his obsession with adulthood.
