O produto chegou muito rápido e é muito fácil de configurar. Apesar de nunca ter usado uma mesa digitalizadora antes, esta está se provando muito prática de usar. Tem o tamanho ideal para anotações, não ocupando muito espaço na mesa. A bateria é alimentada pelo cabo usb, então não precisa ficar se preocupando em carregar toda hora. Aplicativo da mesa fácil de baixar, já consegui usar a mesa assim que a conectei no computador.

Excelente produto, funciona perfeitamente no MACOS 15 Sequoia. O atraso no bluetooth é quase imperceptível, os botões físicos são um atrativo a mais, assim como a excelente duração da bateria.

Eu já estou utilizando a mesa, optei pela mesa pois já possuo notebook, computador, farei uso do Onenote, mas é possível utilizar com uma infinidade de softwares, inclusive da Autodesk por exemplo.Não tenho experiência com a utilização da mesa, porém já fiz a calibração com auxílio de vídeos de professores que fazem aulas online, foi excelente, treinei por volta de 3 horas e consegui assimilar a coordenação motora para o uso.Achei fantástico, até porque pelo que vi tem profissionais que utilizam o mesmo periférico há mais de 7 anos, sem a necessidade de trocar o equipamento, o Fabricante está sempre atualizando os drivers e a mesa é durável, não vou me preocupar por exemplo com tela quebrada, velocidade do processador, memória ou bateria viciada.

- Chegou muito bem embalado, bem protegido e em perfeito estado.PONTOS POSITIVOS* Acabamento bonito, percebe-se que é um produto caprichado e bem fabricado/montado.* Conforto e praticidade em não se ter o cabo 100% do tempo é maravilhoso.* Zero perda de funcionalidade por ser bluetooth, funciona maravilhosamente bem como se fosse a cabo.* 3 pontinhas extras guardadas dentro da própria caneta.* Caneta não precisa de bateria.* Fácil instalação do driver e do aplicativo Wacom.* A duração da bateria tem boa autonomia, não desenho todos os dias, mas quando desenho, fico por horas e horas, com certeza mais de 3 ou 4 horas, em 1 semana fiz apenas 1 recarga, acredito que desenhei em 3 ou 4 dias essa semana.PONTOS NEGATIVOS (ou não, depende SE você achar negativo).>>>OBSERVAÇÃO: Talvez isso não aconteça com todo mundo, e acredito que comigo aconteceu por conta da minha outra mesinha que também era Wacom.* Tive um contratempo ao tentar registrar o produto para poder resgatar a licença do software que vem de cortesia por ter comprado um produto Wacom, ao entrar no aplicativo aparece uma notificação que leva direto para o site e fazer o registro, e não há nada que se possa fazer, o registro é totalmente automático bastando apenas esperar o processo acontecer, o problema é que a minha nunca registrava, e o registro aconteceu justamente quando desinstalei o driver e o aplicativo, sem chegar a reinstalar, como fiz a desinstalação depois de uma nova tentativa fracassada, no momento que desinstalou o site atualizou com a mensagem de registro bem sucedido. E por fim, reinstalei o driver e o aplicativo Wacom.* Mais como um aviso do que um ponto negativo na verdade, a primeira carga até 100% demorou bastante, foram algumas horas, mas a segunda já me pareceu bem rápida, e tinha descarregado até 10%.* Até certo nível de bateria, aparentemente a mesinha apresenta um leve delay, quando percebi que a bateria estava baixa conectei o cabo para carregar, voltou tudo ao normal, e quando completou a recarga e retirei cabo, tudo 100% também.

Been using editors for 20 some years with a mouse because I was not sure, I could handle a tablet due to working an editor & computer with one hand and arm, so glad I got s gift card for a present. I still do everything slower than others, but the job gets done I love it So this i my first Wacom got in 2018 got the green one ...love the color very pretty for a tablet glad I got the small size then the medium size, the small fits good where eve it is used ... I like it because I can use wireless or corded and can still use it while plug inI try to take care of it and not drop or bang. It has survived 4 years, Covid, and using every time I edit I have had to replace 2- 3 packs ribs in the pen 4 years but use it allot for and. And the tablet is scratched but still working, and I have the original pen bedsides replacing the ribs in the pen.It works better and does not lag if you keep and Windows it updated with all the new updates & drivers though I use it most on a board across my lap with a keyboard. And mouse I only use it for all 3 editors for Photoshop and Photoshop Elements & Corel Paint Shop Pro, and it works well with all 3 editorsI prefer the mouse in the other programs and internet and the tablets to edit.. I program the tablet and pen with the shortcuts I have the hardest doing the editors now I just click, instead of fighting my hand & keyboard I love it with the paint brush tool and while I photo repair I do photo repair for people It does help me with the editors allotOnly had trouble with it once when I was setting up by the Customer Service was nice, and sent me a replacement I forget and forgetting to plug in (that my fault). I am so glad I went to this model instead of the other I think since I am a small person the others would be too big I just wished it would have more room on the tablet for more commands for disabled personI am planning to replace this tablet with the same one when this one goes dead
