Cheap enough. Installed easily. Time will tell if durable but I don’t anticipate any problems.

The switch was an identical replacement for one in my microwave . Its a switch, and so far it's working great. I just installed it so not many clicks on it yet. First I went to an appliance parts site and their price was 10x this one.

I have a Sony convection microwave made in 1994. The fan would make noise and the timer would count down but it wasn’t heating and the turntable wasn’t turning. I was already looking at new microwaves but decided to look at some YouTube videos. This little door switch micro switch fixed the issue. It was easy to replace too. I’m ordering 2 more to have for spares.

Space heater stopped working due to a failed ‘tip-over’ cut-off switch which patently due to a melted plunger. The failed switch had an embossed ‘T85’ which I interpreted as its temperature rating. The Omron switch was ‘T105’, so I’m hoping that the higher temp rating will lower the risk of failure due to the same fault.

This worked in my oven/microwave combo unit (will try to add model info later). After reading some reviews noting the replacement switch only lasted for a few months, I bought 2 switches. The first switch lasted 1.5 years - I would expect the part to last much longer than this but only took 30minutes for me to replace it with the 2nd switch. I then ordered 2 more switches to have on hand.

Update: switch worked for about 3 months and then broke. No longer works. Ordering a new one from a different company.Original review: Worked great for our Sharp microwave! When the switch was broken, our light would turn on in the microwave and the sound is heard like the microwave is working, but it wouldn't heat and turntable didn't turn. This fixed the problem!
