The lights are perfect for what I needed- something to decorate our front window. Setup was easy. Unfortunately, the remote doesn’t work. I’ve tried updating battery, plugging and unplugging the lights, to no success. Thankfully, I can pick my colors by manually pushing the button on the usb plug.

I love these light ropes! They are long enough for multiple different ideas, have several different options for flashing lights and are super easy to set up. They remember the last setting so when I turn them off and back on I don't have to change it back to where it was. The only thing that would've been better is if it was wifi with an app

Bought these to use inside a large glass water bottle. It's great that they operate via a USB connect, but know that the actually USB plug that goes into the wall is NOT provided. The remote control is very small and thin. However, the 'OFF' button must be pushed many times before it actually shuts off the lights. The other buttons seem to work just fine. Overall, a decent product, nice light, and the colors are nice.

I purchased this item in June, 2024 to showcase plants on my pool deck. It created a beautiful effect and I received multiple compliments from family and friends. Suddenly, the lights stopped working in October. Although the return window had closed on July 29th, I contacted Amazon to see what options would be offered to rectify this issue. I was provided with contact info for the manufacturer whom I emailed. Within 24 hours, I received a response from Ollny Customer Support offering me a free replacement without the requirement of returning the nonfunctioning one. Once I provided the requested information, I received a new item. The communication from Ollny Customer Support was outstanding. It was timely, informative, professional and made me feel like a valued Ollny customer.Thank you Ollny Customer Support team.

Nice of you to read.. I'm almost ready to retire. Most of these flat lights say they will stick due to using the 3M double siding tape. Moose pucky. Tried those 1st (2 different ones) and sent them back. The heat either melts them off making the sticky unstuck (bought in the summer) or the cold freezes their sticky (Bought in the middle of winter) and they just let go. Waste of time and money. But this old gal is having the time of my life and I don't give up! To much fun so added them to my new truck. (at the time). Since I am a 1st time buyer, I bought my first set of these lights to add to my Nissan CC on the tunnel cover. Its been well over a year they have been on it, I am amazed that the rubber housing the light string didn't turn white or fade. Its still crystal clear. GREAT!! I bought a second set only due to my dealership messed up the connection and paid for me to replace. Great Dealership service. Anyways, They are bright and I run orange/white for Halloween only due to no black, and Thanksgiving pastels, and Christmas I have the 1st two colors red & Green then it fades to multi and repeats. The option of power I have a power converter from USB to plug in to DC connection. Never gets hot, and the lights work great. I am buying a few more sets for my son to use as running lights for under carriage for his 20' utility trailer. His new toy. Take care and I DO RECOMMEND. IF I can put them on you can too, have fun..
