These underwear to not absorb at all just prevent any blood from getting through. I use them when I am waiting for my period to come but they do not actually absorb anything, more of a second layer of protection to prevent ruining pants. However even as a precaution they are not comfortable, they just keep it wet and can cause irritation.

These work well for you light days. They are leak proof and comfortable. I have bought two sets so far.

So... I have a heavy flow at the worst of times and light spotting at the best of times - its all over the board. So having menstrual undies is preferable to shoving something upside or having a mouse mattress on the downside...Yet I find either of these options to be preferable to this brand of underwear.1. The main material is soft and feels nice on the skin, however the fabric that is supposed to be "absorbent' is 100% polyester. This material feels and SOUNDS like the same kind of cloth that would be on an higher quality princess dress you give your 5 year old to play around in at family functions to pretend she is Elsa.2. the material is such that it not only poorly absorbs your monthly flow but you will also find that it spreads it out, because polyester can do it if its of a certain non-breathable quality. Yes that is right. Expect it to not only leak through, but also leak on the sides... bathing whatever you have over your undies in a nice shade of red, and coating the skin of your legs nearest to your vagina.3. The stitching seems good. So that is a small plus.I would return these but I did wear them. Don't buy them, this way you won't have to return them. Get something better... there are better brands on Amazon. Yeah they may cost more, but speaking from direct experience they will work better.

I bought these to use with a menstrual disk to help prevent any leaks because it was my first experience using a disk. Sadly the disk was not for me but these panties really had my back. I didn’t leak at all. Now I just use these with pads and they give me that extra protection just in case. They’re pretty high waisted and very comfortable and the material is very soft.

Overall good purchase. Makes you feel secure at night and can sleep better knowing there is extra protection. Would not wear alone though. It is basically two layers of thick fabric. A little tight on the leg holes.

These undies are soft and comfortable. I brought them for my d&c surgery. They worked amazing and much more comfortable than a pad. I would highly recommend.

I bought these after having my third baby. I had a c section so I wanted some high waisted underwear to go over my incision comfortably. I’m normally a small in most underwear being 5’4 and 120-125lbs. I ordered this in a medium because post partum, I am 140lbs. They are way too tight and constricting. This is my second c section so I know now things should fit nicely. They material is odd as well. I haven’t purchased period type underwear so I’m not entirely familiar with whatever material is used in the crotch part but it didn’t seem to be just cotton and spandex. They are going back.
