If I need a 13/32 inch drill rod and the spec on it is +0.125 -0.000, then I would have to order a 9/32 inch piece of drill rod, hoping that I might get something that isn't going to give me a 'hotdog down a hallway' fit. It might fit or it might be so loose that I may as well just pawed my way through a junk bin finding something that might work.As a machinist, these tolerances are unacceptable. I would rather order elsewhere that can give me a better tolerance specification.
