This hat looked darling, so I ordered it for my niece's new baby. The hat was extremely small and wouldn't stretch, so it couldn't even fit a newborn. In order to send it back, I will have to pay return shipping cost and a 20% restock fee. Don't be fooled!

Fitted my granddaughter (8 months) perfectly. (I'd be skeptical of it fitting a 1-year-old child.) And it delighted her father.
