This is a great gift for a Michigan fan. I had a problem with the order, that was my fault, and without delay, they fixed it and sent me a replacement at no extra charge to me. I was was shocked! No emails back and forth about how long it would take, or possibly having to reorder it. It has been a long time since I have experienced this kind of customer service. Thank you so much!
