Desk was delivered in a total of four boxes. It is heavy and well made. Assembly is not difficult but will take two people to put together because of the weight of the pieces. The drawer section was already put together which was amazing and saved a lot of time. The file cabinet comes with 2 keys. It is a good quality desk and the price is a steal. It is easy to clean which is good because it gets hand prints on it rather quick. Overall, satisfied with the item and do recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable reception desk for a smaller space.

The desk itself is a decent quality for the low price. However, it is a large package so this is something that requires orchestration to have delivered. Once delivered and the box is opened, you better hope you can live with the one they send. I ordered the American Espresso. This is supposed to be a rich dark color, almost black. I ended up with a cherry color. It does not match my office furniture. It is a laminated product so you can't just sand and refinish. To return or exchange this desk would not be worth the hassle.

This reception desk really suits our purpose and fits the decor of our office really well. While it was a little pricey, it no doubt serves the purpose for which it's intended.
