This rack has been an essential part of our everyday routine in my preschool classroom. Very solid and sturdy. My students know that once they are done with a project to go out it on the drying rack. I love that it has so many racks, life saver having three different classes everyday. 100% recommend purchasing!

VERY HANDY ITEM TO PLACE WET CANVASES ON FOR DRYING. SHELVES/RACKS ARE ADJUSTABLE SO YOU CAN ACCOMMODATE DIFFERENT THICKNESSES. I SUGGEST BUYING THE EXTENSION ALONG WITH THE BASE UNIT. A BIT MORE EXPENSIVE, BUT WORTH IT IF YOU INTEND ON USING IT OFTEN.

The rack is very neat and well made except for one issue which is the bar which connects the second part of the frame isn’t pierced as a result that shelf cannot be inserted and cannot be used. The solution would be to pierce the horizontal bar in alignment with the hole for that shelf. I do not have the tools to do this myself. Also after shipping to my skybox address with free shipping I then have to get it to Trinidad and the duties and taxes came up to more than the cost of the item so Amazon shoul set up an outlet for the Caribbean demographic

This rack was very easy to put together. It is the perfect size for a small art room and will allow me to safely store the students work while it dries. It had a small footprint and can easily fit under a window or somewhere inconspicuous in the room. The wheels make it easy to re-position and the brakes keep it where you park it. I highly recommend this rack!

I received this OFFICEROO Art Drying Rack to evaluate and review. It arrived in excellent condition and was delivered by the promised date.I have been wanting some type of art drying rack for some time, so I jumped at the opportunity to give this one a try. I am super happy with it! The workmanship seems very nice, with no sharp edges or points. The unit is nicely painted and looks like it will be very easy to clean. Assembly was very easy, with clear instructions, and all the necessary parts and tools included. When you put the shelves in place, the instructions say that you can bend them to make them level. I discovered that you really need to do that part for each shelf as you go, because the shelves are so close together that you can't bend them very well at all when the other shelves are also in place. I've included a couple of photos showing how the shelves are not exactly level. For most art that wouldn't really matter, but I also like to do some of the acrylic pour art, which must be totally level while drying. When I have a little more time, I will level these shelves using a small bubble level. The shelves bend easily enough, so I do not anticipate this being an issue for me. Also, if the spacing is closer than you want or need, then I recommend you go ahead and keep out every other shelf while you are assembling it, since it is a bit of a task to try to remove a shelf with the surrounding ones in place. I ended up just taking all the shelves out and worked from the bottom up placing the shelves where I wanted them. None of this is hard to do, so I am very pleased with this art drying rack. I feel like it is a high quality item that will be very useful and will last as long as I need it to. It also included four caster wheels that work very smoothly.In response to another reviewer who wished the grid was smaller so their artwork didn't hang off the edge through the openings, I would just say that if I have that problem I think I can just place a piece of poster board on the shelf to support the edges of my artwork in such a situation. I really would not hesitate to purchase this drying rack if that particular issue is of concern to you.I agree that this type of drying rack is a little pricey, but it really gives you a lot of drying area in a very small space, and I believe this will function very nicely for years to come. Made to last! I give this FIVE STARS and definitely recommend it to others. I am very pleased!

This is really easy to assemble and includes all the necessary tools. Includes an extra bolt and washer as well. Has one area of improper welding (?) Where they didn't fit the end of one row right to the edge of the frame. I used that one for the problematic center area where the pieces go together, which didn't want to work with the regular straight racks. So if it's a defect, it worked out. If it's meant to be that way so you can use that center allotment, they should've identified it. (likely just a defect though that happened to work out). It's very short, it's good if you need to push it under a shelf in a closet or something but keep in mind short also means not a ton of room between each rack. You can kind of adjust them by manipulating the racks with torque on the insertion points but only a fraction, it's not going to miraculously make a huge gap between each peg. If you have small children, they may need help guiding their artwork into the slot to not disturb the others near it. It's also going to be tricky to see whose is whose with not a lot of space, so might consider labeling them or painting the edges a different color so each kid knows which rack is theirs once dry. Price wise it's in line with others but art classrooms might consider adding the extension to it to either allow better airflow by skipping every other row or just doubling up on how many pieces can be stored at once. It's fine the way it is for homeschooling or casual home artists.
