Easy to assemble, great quality. Perfect fit for my standing desk. Sometimes I have to stand sometimes I have to sit, now I don’t have to adjust desk height anymore. Very comfortable for leg rest.

I have been through several office chairs, this one is really great. It was super easy to put together and it is very comfortable. My back doesn’t hurt anymore. I love that the arms go up if I do not want them in the way.

This drafting chair has been a great fit for my home office. It’s ergonomic and provides excellent lumbar support, which helps during long work hours. This is the second chair that I bought. The first one started sinking down in just a few weeks and I returned it, I bought another one hoping that it was a fluke. Sadly, one month later the second one has now started sinking down as well. I'm 140 pounds so I know it isn't related to weight since the chair is rated to hold much more. It has to be a defective part. The return date has passed so, I guess I'm stuck with it. It's too bad because it's been a really nice chair otherwise. I can't really recommend this chair to anyone for this reason. Much too expensive to have this recurring issue.

First off, I was extremely impressed with how everything was packaged. They paid attention to every detail...every piece was individually wrapped and then further protected with additional packing to keep pieces in place and from bumping into one another during transit. In my opinion, the quality of packing is in direct proportion to the quality of the item. Second, the instructions/pictures for assembly were quite easy to follow. It took me about 20 minutes. Tools and hardware were clearly marked to correspond with the instructions. They even went to the trouble to include extra of each of the screws just in case. Third, the construction materials are top notch! The entire base of the chair is metal, including the footring. The plastic used for the frame of the seat and back is super heavy plastic. Once together, this chair feels incredibly solid and comfortable. Finally, my hidden surprise. I knew the seat would tilt back with pressure (and this is adjustable), but I wasn't expecting the tilt to be lockable. I read all the details thoroughly before purchasing and didn't find anything that mentioned a tilt lock. This is done simply by pushing in or pulling out the lever that you use for the height adjustment. I had decided that I could live without the lock, so I was elated to find that it was lockable. That feature isn't even covered in the assembly instructions. Everything about the chair speaks quality and it is super comfortable to me. I was on the fence about purchasing this chair initially because it certainly wasn't cheap compared to others I looked at. However, I feel good about it now. I think you will find that spending the extra money will be worth it for yourself, as well!
