About 50% of my job is project finances and I've tried using my phone calculator (which results in squirreling) and my computer calculator. The technical advances cannot replace the conviencen of a physical calculator. Purple is my favorite color so anytime I can snag something purple I do!The BEST feature of the calculator is a game changer. I'm not great with account tasks, so I regularly type incorrect numbers. This one has a REVIEW feature! (the check button) Who knew this existed?? I'm in love and this has been a game changer. I can now check my work...my iPhone and computer calculators don't even have this function that I'm aware of. So now when I get an off result or not sure if I typed the correct thing in, I can go back and check it!Great value for this pretty and super functional calculator.

El uso de uma calculadora de escritorio es esencial para mi trabajo, y este modelo ofrece algo que pocos, la opcion de revisar las cifras digitadas para una revisión. En ese sentido, saca 10.No obstante, la calculadora no es para usarla si digitas rápido en ella, se "come" digitos y eso evidentemente resultará en un resultado incorrecto. Adicionalmente, no tiene el botón para cambiar de signo al número escrito.Por estas dos razones yo la encuentro muy poco funcional para labores de uso cotidiano y ŕapido.

This calculator has way more functions than I need. All I need are add, subtract, multiply and divide. The touch is different from what I’m used to. Sort of clunky. But I started to get used to it. I like the color. I’m sick of black. Black calculators, remotes, etc. have a tendency to hide in plain sight. I like the fact it is duel powered, solar and battery. The angle of the display was just right. Didn’t reflect the overhead light. The display is large and easy to read. Function keys were a little different. I didn’t know what the “Check ” key was for. Found out it was useful. Once I got used to the location of the keys I need - I did fine. Not sure how good the instruction are, because to be honest, I don’t understand them. Not sure if it is worth $10.

The features on this desk calculator is very cool.The auto replay feature is a new and welcome feature.However, I can't get over the fact that one of the primary benefits of this calculator, solar power, does not work at all. This is with my first, and second copy of this calculator. The tiny instruction fold out makes not mention of the solar power feature at all.The packaging is a vinyl envelope and does not protect the awkward shape of this calculator at all.As you can see in the picture the neck where the calculator angles up was cracked. The front screen was also permanently scratched before I even opened the package.Amazon took care of me and sent a replacement but that one had a non-functioning solar panel as well.
