Once it flattens out, works great. Doesn't feel cheap. :)

Great purchase, prevents damage to our hardwood floors as we use this chair 8 to 10 hours per day while working at home and the mat protects chair wheel marks from digging into the wood floors underneath

Approptiate sized and as described. The only comments about this mat is that is at least a two person job to unroll and even after applying heat and twenty four hours of several 45 lbs weights one edge continues to roll up creating a slight trip hazard.

This came rolled up and it did take some effort to get it flat. It had the instructions on how to get it to lay flat. Good quality. Works as it should.

It has not stayed in place in spite of its aggressive spikes. It kept moving until it came up against the wall and now no linger lays flat on the floor. Big wrinkles at table legs. Did not solve the problem.

We just put down vinyl planking in my home office so I needed something to protect the new floor from my office chair. This looked like a great option since it's nice and big and my desk is an L. Unfortunately, even being anchored under desk legs, this thing bunches up and moves around too much. I'll keep using it until I just get too sick of it, but I'm already scouting for another, better option.EDITED to add - don't waste your money on this mat if you have a smooth floor. It will not stay in place and will bunch up against any nearby furniture, like your desk legs. I tried putting it under the legs. I even tried making small holes for the rear desk legs to go through to anchor it in place. Finally, I cut it in half thinking maybe a smaller size would stay put. No luck. Save your money and buy something else.
