Installation tool worked as it should but from a single belt installation its marked up and mildly deformed I'll be able to use it a few more times but ultimately it does not appear very durable. I was not able to get the removal tool to work and just cut the belt off.

Me sirvió de manera excelente para instalar la banda elástica de un fiesta, un par de intentos en lo que agarraba la onda y quedó donde debía

Instruction pictures can be a bit tricky to decode but once in place it got old belt off and new belt on in less than a minute each. Worked like a charm.

Used on a 2008 Ford escape water pump belt, succeeded on the first try. Very happy since this is literally the cheapest stretch belt tool on Amazon.Anyone complaining about this being made from cheap plastic or breaking easily does not know how to use it correctly. Follow the instructions and it works perfectly fine even being made from plastic.

Works as advertised, held together even used in tight quarters where it was being bent against another component in the engine bay.

Recently did belts on my commuter. I’ve never done a “stretch belt” replacement. There’s no way I could’ve done it without this simple effective tool. We’ll worth the price

Son bastante pequeñas pero muy funcionales. No son mágicas tienen su técnica para usarse pero definitivamente me ayudaron mucho y fue más sencillo la instalación de una banda nueva.

I like this product as it does well on belt installation and removal. The material used really helps ensure that there is no damage to the belt or pulley(s). While they work well, I dislike the use of a plastic type material. I am not left with the feeling of quality. OEMTools (Greatneck) offers a lifetime warranty, so should it break you are covered. However, the reason I give 4 stars vs 5, needing to get a warranty replacement is a variable process. If you are replacing a belt and this breaks, you need a solution now, not in a day or week. Given the price of this, I recommend buying two sets. This offers you a back up so you can continue on the job and still utilize the warranty for your second set. What I would like to see is some sort of steel core, or some other method to prevent this from breaking. Plastic type materials have a tenancy to just snap on you with little and sometimes no notice. Buy one and I think you should be happy. Buy two and I think you will be happy.

PRO: The actual shape / design is correct to install the stretch belts on Bobcat newest series loaders and excavator diesels engines.I wanted my own set, because I have used (at work) an identical set in METAL, at my work dozens of times. But they are not always put back by some of the other techs... And nothing else works as easy and simple as these tools, Especially if you plan to reuse the belt (after warranty repair the belt is still new). Removal / installation with the (dangerous) pry bar / starter bump method, will most likely damage the belt.CON: The composite (Hard Plastic Like) material is NOT strong enough for this task. MUST buy metal. I snapped my installer in half on it's second use... I grabbed the metal one and the belt was on. two other techs had a similar experience....FIND A METAL VERSION... And learn how to use it, you will be glad you did. Those belts are super hard to get started over a sharp pulley. Some guys do it all the time w/out it... But if you have to buy ONE ruined belt you could have easily paid for the METAL Tool. Shop around though... Tool trucks have them but... $$$
