I got this to hold the lid under my campers bunk bed. Works well, adjustable height and collapses to store easily in limited area. It is also light weight.

I take this hood prop to the gym. It shortens to 20” because I took the rubber caps off of it and when fully extended it 47” long. Again because I took the rubber caps off. I am able to put the prop stick into my gym bag when collapsed and once at the gym I extend it to it full length.At the gym I use an inclined bench made for back work that allows me to do twists front way and back way. This an effective exercise because it directly hits those “love handles.” These exercises are hard but also very effective. My “love handles” are almost gone.This is an awesome implement.
