Exact replacement for 18” ventless propane logs Vermont Castings UVL18RP. I don’t think this company is still in business so a part number was not able to be found. This looks exactly like the old one and fixed the issue of pilot light not lighting. It has been 15 years from the date of first install so I guess I should be glad the original lasted this long.

What more can I say? Our propane fireplace didn't work. I replaced the parts described above and it now works. We've been using for a couple of months now without any problems.

I have a Hearthstone LP gas heater model 8740 that calls for part number ODS Pilot LP (7211-327). I purchased this one and found it to be an exact replacement. I just finished installing it and it works fine (but was a very tedious job.)The Hearthstone website shows a list price of $199.88.

This assembly matched the existing part perfectly and works well. Was able to install it myself using a couple of small wrenches. I could have saved some time if the part came with some installation instructions.

This was a perfect fit and was a quick replacement for my Empire/White Mountain VFYR-24SO-1 gas logs. Plus, the pilot is much quieter on this than the one it is replacing.
