Had to finish the metal work from the factory. A touch up with the file and polishing wheel was needed. It's solid and it is a high carbon stainless steel. Over all, worth the money.

Only complaint would be that the inner edges are fairly sharp so you have to be careful. Otherwise, it works as it should. The adjust screw on mine works perfectly.

Yep, just like others said, the set screw does not match the threads. If I didn't already have a tap, I'd return it. In fact, I'm still not decided yet. It would be a useful contraption otherwise.

We bought this to stretch my ureteral tube out enough to accept a ureteral tube on a chastity cage. It came very quickly and was exactly what we expected it to be. Small enough to get in before opening up. Be careful using it. It is easy to open it to much, too quickly and only takes a small squeeze to open. I recommend it for couples because it takes constant attention from the partner putting it in.
