Let me start out by saying that the customer service guys are very responsive and do everything they can to make right the problems you are having. I received the bimini top well packaged and in good condition. Just what I ordered, except it wasn’t. I ordered a 4 bow , 79 to 84 inch wide bimini. I put it together and it was 72 inches wide. It said 79 to 84 inches on the tag and 79 to 84 inches on the box. I emailed customer service and they sent me the #5 bows to make it 84 inches wide immediately. Problem solved. Or so I thought. I installed the bimini and it was taller than I wanted. Absolutely not the sellers fault. I knew what the height would be when I bought it. No problem. I shortened it by 6 inches. Reinstalled it and it didn’t look too bad. Except the fabric didn’t go down the sides of the tubes as far as it should. I thought, oh well, I guess it’s not going to look like the picture. I took the storage bonnet out of the zippered pouch on the top and attempted to install it. It I was considerably too short! The problem all along wasn’t the bows were too short. It was labeled wrong! All the parts were for the smaller unit. The top, the bows and the bonnet. The only thing wrong was the tags. Now I can’t send the unit back because I reduced it’s height. I should have sent it back right at the beginning instead of trying to make it work. Let me reintegrate, the customer service group with this company, OCEANSOUTH, do a fine job. But with mislabeling and all the trouble I’ve had with this unit, I won’t be buying any more of their products. I don’t know yet what I’ll do with the Bimini I have but I’ll certainly look for a different brand for my next purchase.Update: after 6 weeks of trying to make this bimini work on my boat, I have given up. It’s time to admit I should have figured out what was wrong in the beginning and returned the bimini. It’s a $250 lesson and next time I won’t try to make it work; I’ll just send it back.

Frame is sturdy and made with quality products and the Bimini canvas is thicker than I thought for the price I paid. Easy to follow instructions and simple to put together. Functions exactly how it was meant to!

I purchased a 4 bow 96" top with frame. I normally don't write reviews but I felt this Bimini deserved it. I have ordered 4 Bimini tops for different boats in the last 5 years and this one is the best quality thus far. For the price it stands out above the other brands. I know you can spend lots of $ on these and get a big variation in quality but for the lower price range this is a quality product. The frame hardware looks strong the top canvas is thick and looks like it will last. The instructions look like they were written by someone who reads and writes the English language properly.

The only thing i had an issue with is that it was too WIDE for my Pond Prowler 8. Therefore, I just had to customize it and MAKE it fit. I would have just returned it, but after seeing how durable it was, I just dove in and started cutting to size. Worked out great!

This product was a waste of money. Half of the bars weren’t bent properly. Most of the holes didn’t line up I had to make new holes and bend the bars myself to make it go together.
