Bought this to use with my 3" Occidental Leather belt. Tried it with several different types of hammers, Stiletto 14oz framer, Estwing 24oz English pattern, Estwing 16oz claw hammer and many others. Probably the best design for a stand-alone holder.

I love Occidental Leather. This hammer holder is very well built. This is my third in a 35 year career. I get between 8 and 10 year of use out of them.

I've used the same one for the past 30 years. It's still in usable condition but wanted to get another one in case they become unavailable. I highly recommend this holster, it fits well the poop doesn't lock your hammer as you try to slide it out, it lays well on your hip or ass and doesn't curl if it gets wet..... Very high quality and worth every cent.

I build boathouses on the lake and use the Occidental products almost daily. Having all items separate allows me to configure my work belt for what I am doing that day. Been doing this 18 years and there is no other product like this on the market. The only thing I miss from other inferior toolbelts is a strap over the tape holder. You will not be disappointed!
