So several years ago I purchased a Black Hunter recurve bow from a very large archery retailer in Pennsylvania. It is a great bow, and I'v never regretted the $200 price. I have shot tens of thousands of arrows with it, and expect to continue for a long time. I did want to get a Black Hunter long bow and considered spending another $200 but decided to give OBTOUTDOOR Archery Takedown Longbow a try for about $100. With very minor differences they seem to be almost identical.

Bow is exactly as described. Beautiful and quite functional. Assembled easy peazy lemon squeezy. 1.2.3 Also had numerous items include - string, shelf rests riser guard, bow stringer, limbs, riser, bolts with washers and allen wrench. I could not be more satisfied (OH, it is quite accurate, easy to pull - smooth as vanilla pudding.

I bought this bow because I decided to get back into archery after a 50 year hiatus and didn't want to spend a lot of money on equipment and I have to say I am quite pleased with it. Even though there is no name on the bow and the seller does not list it as such, it appears to be a Black Hunter bow which has received many favorable reviews on a lot of YouTube archery channels.

I shot 500, 600 and 700 spine arrows in a 6" group at 20 yards. Love the center shot feature.

Haven't touched a bow since boy scouts (31 now) and was never great then.First three shots all on target from about 40ft.Wife even got hooked as well and we have another one in a lighter draw weight on the way for her.If your on the fence buy it. It's a beautiful bow that preforms great. Consistent, easy to shoot, easy on the hands. Kramer Ammons YouTube review was spot on.

That's a really nicely made bow for the price, I replaced the string by a Flemish / Fast Flight, and it is pretty fast bow.Pros:- well finished- pretty fastThe cons are:- that I have a 30 I draw length, and despite the review saying that it doesn't stack, it does. It is not bad for consistency since it works like a clicker: if it's hard to push, I'm at the right position, but it gets me tired. But if your draw length is below 29 in, that's a real steal!- I filmed in slow mo, on the release the limbs are really shaking, but the hand shock is very light, but it does vibrates a bunch. Same issue with the string sold with it than with the Flemish. Problem solved with yarn silencers.
