"Though sleep is called our best friend, it is a friend who often keeps us waiting!" - Jules VerneI've used this sleeping bag in the winter, but it was in SW Florida, so it was nowhere near freezing; I think the coldest it got was 56 degrees. The makers claim it's a 4-season bag (42 degrees+ f.) and that it will keep you warm, even in near-freezing temperatures. I seriously doubt it. If the weather is forecast to be under 50 degrees, I'm not freezing my butt off all night long; I'll be bringing a heavier bag, thank you.From head to toe, mine measures just under 6'10", and just under 30" wide - fractionally close to what they advertise and plenty of room for my 6'1", 200 lb frame. Compact, lightweight and a great value at under $25, this Camping Guru recommends this bag, but only if it's used as a 3-season bag.

Granted, it was one of those lowered price deals, returned from someone.I know why they returned it...very thin and poorly made. What I don't understand, is why Amazon didn't check how much it was used...there was even human hair in it and a foul B O odor to it! GROSS! I didn't want to further touch it to send it back, so it went straight to the trash!
