Fantastic! Great fitting and comfortable right out of the box. No break in needed for me. Comfortable for long walks over uneven terrain and for crashing around in the woods. They’re only ankle high so I can’t speak to whether or not they’re water resistant. It seems like they are. Very satisfied customer, highly recommend.

The Oboz Cottonwood shoes are a snug, but not tight fit...something difficult for me to find for my feet. The waterproofing will be put to the test for a trip out of country to a rainy locale. May update this review after that trip. They seem to be sturdy and well made, so far. Really like the fit and look! The look is not obnoxious as most hiking shoes, which most seem to want to scream "LOOK AT ME! I'M OUTDOORSY!", but, instead sleek and simple enough to well casually as well as on a hike.
