Specification
Aluminum Router Plate Dimensions is 11-3/4" X 9-1/4" X 3/8" thick, and fillet radius 19.1mm(3/4").
Be suitable for routers with 3-1⁄2-in.-dia of body.

The function of clamp block is to quickly clamp the router.
Lift Adjustment
Oval mounting hole
The screws of oval mounting holes can be adjusted to suitable positions according to the locations of the router table style holes, then lock them in place.
Cam wheels
Cam wheels can be used to adjust the gaps with the router table to prevent the router plate from vibrating.
Leveling screws
Leveling screws can be used to adjust the top and bottom flatness of the router plate and router table.
When setting up and adjusting the router, you can make adjustments directly on the table without having to reach under the table, the router lift makes the adjustment quick and easy.
Rotate the hex hole of the micro-adjustment dial to lift or lower the carriage as needed to position the router bit, every full revolution of the adjusting crank moves the carriage and changes the height of the router bit by +- 0.05,” which is the distance change of a thread. So you can make exact bit height changes.
There are precise centerlines on both sides of the router plate that can help you find the center positions of the bit quickly and effectively.The 2-inch scale can help you adjust the fence quickly and effectively. The centerline can help you quickly and effectively locate the center position of the drill bit.

I’ve been wanting a router lift for some time, but hesitated because of the price. This one is priced well and works great! I no longer have to get down on my arthritic knees to change the height and with a minor adjustment it fit in the same opening. Much sturdier and flatter than my phenolic plate.

I always balked at pricing of these type contraptions but WOW! I Installed in to a newly fabricated router table (take your time and do it properly and you'll be rewarded) and am I loving this lift system. Precision built and components. Money well spent

First, This is made in Taiwan and not china. What a difference that makes. I didn't pay attention to that when I purchased it. When I got the box and opened it I was in shock at the quality, the weight, the perfect detail. I thought to myself "wow maybe china is finally starting to care about the quality of the products they ship out into the world." I was really looking it over and was stunned. Then I grabbed the box to move it and saw something on the box and it said Made in Taiwan. I instantly knew then why it was 100% quality. It was not made from a country that cuts corners and uses trash material to then sell it to other countries with no worries about filling landfills with cheap toxic junk that does not have any sense of quality what so ever. From a country known for their motors and electronic superiority they mad a simple router lift with that same quality in mind. Hats off to this company for selling a product you can be proud of. I will be the first to say it. I would rather pay more for something this quality than pay less for something that is knowingly just junk.

Good adjustment with this lift. Installed a Bosch 1617 and have used several times. Easy to raise or lower to my setup blocks. The lock screw holds the router to the correct height. Have used for dados, rabbets, and round overs. This units holds up to the hard work. Fits into their router table top perfectly. Easy to setup.

Unit is precise and fits my DeWalt 3.5” dia. router perfectly, enabling me to easily swap bits and make adjustments above the table. My only gripe is that the rotation crank handle seems a bit wonky when attempting to raise or lower the router any distance rapidly. I’ve taken to using a small drill at low torque with a hex-head bit in lieu of the handle. The value point is really nice for the high quality and design when compared to much higher priced “brand named” units. Also, comes with wide supply of plates and very clear instructions. Agreed that this is one of those jigs that you don’t know you needed it until you find you can’t do without it.

This product is half the price of the top tier router lifts out there and when you take it out of the box, it’s got some heft to it but more than that, it Ozzies quality! I have the Kreg phenolic router plate and it is just a directly swap into the router table, same hole positions and identical dimensions. Could not be more happy with the purchase. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟Haven’t used it yet but so far, very, very happy with it.

I just received the O'Skool hand cranked router lift and it is absolutely a perfect match to the precise Bosch 1617. Not just in fit which it certainly does just fine but in the lift itself as well. It is super smooth and easy to operate along with the lock which does its job with ease. The rings fit well and turn to a locked position easily with the included stainless steel yoke.I did check it for flatness with a good straight edge and it is as straight as can be and most acceptable for my work. I had already ordered O'Skool's router plate when I saw their lift on Amazon. After receiving the lift and checking my 1617 in it I am sending the plate back without ever opening it.If you can justify the extra expense of the lift you won't regret it. The lift purchase frees up a base to set up for other things as well. I don't get as excited as this about many purchases from Amazon but this lift warrants being this pleased!

Have always kinda wanted a lift but never bought one. Finally broke down and bought one. After looking at all the cheap overseas crap that was available I decided to go with this one. Boy, was that a good move! This thing is SOILD, heavy, and accurate. It is very stable, solid, and has very smooth and fine adjustments. I think it will serve me well, much better than the cheap ones! Have already used it much more than I thought I would, and it works great. Made cabinet doors and used it with a 1/8” round over to break door edges with great results. Used it to make trim, for some parts of some floating shelves, etc. The ONLY negative I could think of on it is that the LED light is BRIGHT and actually gets in the way at times, but the way I have mine mounted I can usually find a direction that keeps it out of my eyes.
