I use these for my motorcycle license plates. They go on without tools and hold on well. I would check to make sure they aren’t getting loose if your motorcycle vibrates a lot.

I bought these mostly for ease, so I can hand tighten my license plate hardware without tools. The other reviews warned of these breaking, but I suspect they used these incorrectly. I would imagine over tightening these would cause the breaking. But the point of these are for low torque tightening since the material allows holding the screws with friction. I think a very gentle tightening with tools would be okay, but I personally just tighten as much as I can with my hands alone. Would buy again!
