Our Strut Channel Nuts have been widely used in various projects and have gained high recognition from our customers. One day, we received an email from a young engineer named John, who shared a problem he encountered: he needed to install a nut in a specific location on a bracket, but the limited space made it challenging to place it accurately. He had tried using both spring nuts and channel nuts, but they were difficult to position correctly. Along with the email, he attached project pictures.

We established a dedicated technical team and our R&D personnel spent 17 days innovating and experimenting with different solutions. Among various options, we decided on a solution - adding a nylon holder outside the channel nut. This innovative design allowed for easy control and precise positioning of the nut, even in tight spaces. After our production team successfully created the Nylon Channel Squeeze Nut, we tested them ourselves and confirmed their effectiveness. We then sent the products to John. So much better than spring nuts. I use some shallow unistrut and some deep. These work in both and are so much easier to adjust since the springs are not getting caught.

Added struts to top of cargo trailer with two sided tape and used these nuts to attach solar panels. These make it easy.

These fit in standard Unistrut. I had zero issues clipping these into the strut. They are holding up some ducting and some conduit in my shop. They are virtually identical in every way to those you get from the big box stores except the price. These are considerably cheaper than the big stores and perform exactly the same. I am hanging a considerable amount of weight from these and have no worries. The threads were cleanly tapped and my threaded rod threaded right in, no issues. I have now found where I'll be ordering all my Unistrut fittings from now on. Great Product - Thanks

These are great quality and easy to install Unistrut nuts. Fits perfect with Unistrut purchased from local hardware store. Very easy to slide through the channel after installed as well.

I"m designing a set of shelves for my greenhouse out of strut, which I've never used before. I ordered some spring channel nuts and then saw these plastic slide in ones come up. These definitely are nicer to handle and easier to set in place than the spring ones.They also accepted the 3/8" bolts cleanly, without catching on the threads. They seem like a good product and improvement over spring channel nuts.

These are so simple but make things so much easier installing solar panels and hardware on rails. No more fighting a spring that tilts or caught. Can easily slide around for exact placement, even with a panel resting on top. Never going back to springs again.
