Stays on the dogs paw without extra tape or any help. Even with the 60 pound dog trying to chew it off.

Deters my dog from licking - great quality as advertised. Would recommend for minor issues.

I bought this specifically for the bite deterrent aspect of it. My dog within 15 of me being in the shower had this thing torn to shreds. It works for the purpose of a bandage but it in no way differs from a normal bandage so ifYou’re buying this for the bite deterrent aspect of it don’t waste your money andBuy the cheap human version instead bc it will work the same

My corgi kept licking his paw into an open sore. The vet said he probably hurt himself and exacerbated it, but it came back anyway. So, I wrapped him up and treated it. He had to wear a cone for a couple of weeks and he was so uncomfortable, so I was looking for something he couldn't or wouldn't chew off. These go on and stay on through normal activities. They stick to themselves, so it's easy application. The only issue I had was that there was no taste so bad that my dogs wouldn't take it right off. My dogs have eaten throw up, poo, and rolled in poo, though, so idk what they wouldn't put in their mouths, honestly.Other than that, great quality and would recommend based on that alone.

Lab had foot surgery and came home in a plastic collar. Miserable so we bought a soft one; only used at night and just one night. This gaze arrived from Amazon the next day. Put a sock over her dressing and lightly put the bitter gaze lightly over the sock, took off the big collar and she never bothered the gaze after the one lick. Keeping it handy! Told vet and they are now using it.

My dog continued licking her leg through this bandage. In fact, when we held the bandage out to her initially, she licked it a few times. The bandage is good quality material but definitely not bitter tasting like promised.

My very large mastiff has an open round on his toe. He would not lave it alone and it was getting worse. We purchased this to get him to stop picking at it. He tore it off in one night. Apparently it's not bitter enough to keep him from it.

Not only did my pup pull this off of her leg after just a few hours, but she then proceeded to literally chew on the supposedly bitter tasting wrap like it was a toy she was supposed to destroy. We literally got about 2 hours of ointment on a leg wound before she just chewed this right off, and wasted even more of our money!Amazingly disappointed in this product

My older cat has an allergic reaction that affects both his front paws meaning he constantly lick and bites them if left uncovered. Fortunately he trusts me enough to let me bathe clean and dress them daily as he hates the vet and got so upset last time he vomited and urinated in his carrier. I'm not putting an14 year old through that so I now deal with things at home and vet sends out antihistamines. Up to now in order to keep bandages in place because yes he tries to get them.off I had been using cat socks held in place by surgical tape. I saw this and decided to give it a try. I'd tried vet wrap before and he just bit it off. I used this using some tape at top of left paw only this on right. 24 hours later both were still in place and there had been considerably less licking pulling at it.This has been an amazing find. I'm giving my daughter all my other vet wrap.( I bought abox of assorted sizes) and have literally just reordered another two of thesePlease don't get me wrong this is never going to heal my poor boys paws but at least it appears that he is more comfortable wearing this and of course it means no fur lose from occasionally tape covering fur instead of bandage as has happened twice in past year.If you have a pets first aid kit this is a wonderful addition.

My clumsy greyhound is now all wrapped up and feeling better. This tape is decent and she hasn't chewed it off which is great.
