I wanted to be able to cook rotisserie chicken and this fits the bill. It does what it says, it's easy to clean and it fits my needs at this time perfectly without breaking the bank.

Not bad in the least, worked exactly as I'd hope - simply. Some bit of a pain in the ascot to load and unload thanks to the center rod - but not horrible. Cook was perfectly even with no noticed cool spots or ick. Chicken and chicken kabobs both sampled in it and everything was perfect.

So good. Your chicken will taste so good once it's done. Apply some butter and spices. Smell the chicken for about an hour cooking and getting brown as you see it rotate. The juices will be dripping down into the holder. Makes some awesome gravy from the drippings!!!!. The chicken will come off the bone with ease. The taste is so good. You will love it.

I had something similar that would dry out the meat but ended up breaking so I found this and thought I'd give it a try. The unit itself was really easy to setup and while it did take some time to wash and clean everything before using, it was definitely worth it. The first thing I did was make a rotisserie chicken. I put a lot of seasonings on and under the skin and to my surprise, everything stayed on it. Not to mention, this oven cooked it perfectly all the way through. The chicken was roughly about 2lbs and this oven held it with no issues. When I was cutting into the meat, there was so much juice that was coming out that when I tasted it, the meat was definitely not dry, at all! I then tested kabobs, beef ones and again, the meat was cooked how I like it, vegetables had a slight crunch still and everything was amazing. No matter what we put in this thing, everything comes out so delicious. The clean up afterwards isn't too bad either.

This rotisserie is able to evenly cook a whole chicken, with less fat than a horizontal rotisserie. The end results were still juicy and delicious. One unique thing about this vertical oven is the movable heating elements. When cooking food vertically, one wants the heating elements to be vertical as well. This unit can just as easily bake things vertical as it can horizontal because the heating elements can be aligned with either the sides or top/bottom. It comes with pans to be used for horizontal cooking. I like to cook shawarma in this rotisserie and find this unit super satisfying to use for that. I can slice meat off, just like you see food vendors do which is especially impressive when I have company over for tailgates. Chicken thighs are best for this shawarma and I can also stack in things like onion too keep things extra juicy. I’m having a lot of fun using this.
