Skeptical at first, but these are really a nice set of sheet pans. Non stick!

Used for oatmeal cookies and worked great.... easily came off the pan. Of course use plastic/silicone utensils and we have hand washed as recommended. The silicone handles do get hot so hot mitt or similar needed still.

The baking sheets are attractive, even if thin. However, the nonstick coating on one of the set began to peel off after the 1st usage. They may be inexpensive, but they are cheap. Save your money -- Look elsewhere!

This set is sleek, easy to clean and maintain. I was concerned that the color would start to peel after a few uses, but nothing has happened yet after having this for several weeks. It's hard for me to get completely out of my old baking ways, so I do occasional use a thin layer of grease or oil to avoid things from sticking. Without it, these do release food easily, just be sure to have your food cool completely before attempting. They seem to heat evenly, and I can handle many different types of baking all at once to meet custom orders in a timely manner.

These beautifully blue baking sheets are truly nonstick! You can place cookies straight on theme. Roasted carrots straight on them and nothing sticks! The cleanup is amazingly simple. Usually just hot water rinses off most things and if that doesn't take care of it, a soapy sponge will definitely do the trick.The heat resistant soft, grippy red handles are my favorite part. They do not get red hot like the rest of the pan in the oven and that is a source of comfort for me because sometimes even after I take something out of the oven and it's sitting on the stove, I'll go to grab it for getting that this thing was just in the oven and it's really hot lol.

I didn’t remember what it was like to have new cookie sheets! I guess they are baking sheets but I still call them cookie sheets although so seldom bake cookies.I do roast vegetables 3-6 times a week. From potatoes to brussels sprouts to radishes, I shake in oil, add spices and roast 400 to 450 degrees, usually turning them once.The non stick cooking surface is amazing - nothing sticks and they wash so easily. The red silicon handles do not get too hot to handle, which was hard to get used to.The largest is 12 x 17 inches.The medium size one is 10 x 15 inches.The smallest is 9 x 13 inches.They nest together nicely for easy storage too. They do not warp and are very flat and sturdy. I wonder why it took me this long to upgrade.

I bought this set of bakeware for my cottage since I needed a lot of different pants. It was a great deal for me to buy this way compared to buying individually. It had all the pieces that I normally use in my cooking, including: 2 sized of muffin pans, a bread pan, round cake pans, pizza pan, lasagna/sheet cake pan, square cake pan and a cookie sheet. They all have a nice, non-stick coating that makes them super easy to clean, food just slides right off. Everything also has silicone handles for better grip. For the price, I don’t think you can beat this set in its completeness. It is a good deal for anyone starting out or looking to replace a full set of old pans. They are well made, good quality pans.
