AMAZING!! Where has this been for the past two years?! Never going back to my old air fryer. Super easy to clean! The heat level doesn’t go as high as others but does it really need to? My food comes out crispier and is cooked way better. Very easy to use and what’s even better is the price!

SO happy to have found a healthy air fryer without the chemicals. The basket is heavy but comes with a pad to lay it on when you remove it it from the unit while hot. I think it cooks just as good as traditional basket air fryer although takes a little bit longer. I believe the temp maxes out at 390, I assume not break the glass. It's easy to clean and looks good on the counter, much lower profile than the traditional. AS far as size goes, if you are doing wings, you will be doing them in batches which is normal anyway. I use it mostly to cook up a ribeye steak since I am on the carnivore diet. Fast and easy and now safe!!

"Fry Basket" which I will refer to as bowl is about 8 inches across at the bottom on the inside. There is just over 4 inches between the TOP of the grate and the top rim of the bowl. There is about 4 3/4 inches between the actual bottom of bowl and rim of bowl. The inside bottom of the bowl is smooth. The outside bottom of the bowl is what I would call dimpled.I purchased Vailnd 8 in. 5 – 8 qt. liners for this Nutrichef 5.8 quart Air Fryer. The liner description indicates these are 8 inch liners. I measure about 7 3/4" across the inside bottom. Paper is thin. They do fit the Nutrichef 5.8 quart bowl ok. Some users talk about the liner being blown out of position by the fan. One way of dealing with this with the Nutrichef 5.8 quart Air Fryer would be to place one liner below the metal grate and one above the grate and staple the two together. NOTE: I would recommend the "long side" of the staple being on the outside, not as shown in staple pic 1, but as indicated on staple pic 2 to reduce the chance of the staple starting the paper on fire. NOTE / WARNING if using this staple method, account for all staples before consuming / serving food.In old reviews I saw where one customer talked about secondary bowl handle cover melting. Apparently that has been redesigned as my bowl's secondary handle is the same plastic as the primary handle.Bowl fits in my dish washer just fine top and bottom shelf. The fins on the fan give me the impression that it moves air up the core / center, across the heating element, and hot air down the walls of the bowl. The heating element does not appear to be metal like in my home oven. The heating element is contained within a glass envelope and appears to be a spiral ribbon of unknown material (perhaps quartz) within the glass element. The heating element cycles on and off during the cooking process. [A quartz heating element uses electricity to heat a quartz tube, which then emits infrared radiation to warm nearby objects. Quartz heating elements are a type of radiant heater, which means they heat objects directly through infrared waves.] . Unit operates very quietly, slightly louder than my refrigerator. Unit does blow hot / warm air out the back about mid way up. I can comfortably hold my hand in this air stream at about 4 - 5 inches away from the unit. Being able to view food as it cooks is a great feature. While cooking hamburger patty in butter I did not notice any smoke whatsoever.

Honestly this thing is amazing! We use it at least once a week! Absolutely love the ease of cleaning, non-toxic cooking, ability to see the food cook, heat mat, and look of the air fryer. I highly recommend buying if you can find it in stock! I definitely see why it was out of stock every time I looked. Worth the wait!

Easy to clean, easy to operate as all directions light up on the top of the machine for you to read and chose your operation and time. I also ordered the metal trays and parchment papers to go inside of the glass unit. I had a typical plastic one and ended up giving it away. Too messy, not sturdy enough, and quite the pain to use. But THIS one! Wow, I am not a 100% Air Fryer cook and loving every minute of it. Things come out so crispy and am just utterly delighted! Sturdy, well made, easy all the way around. I'd save up my money and buy this unit before I'd ever consider any other one on the market. LOVE IT!!!!

I have zero complaints. This thing is perfect. I didn't want to continue using the teflon air fryer with the coating that peels off. I searched high and low for an affordable alternative. At this price point, this item cant be beat! It looks way nicer than the other air friers we've had. It works great! So easy to use. You can see the food as it cooks so you can adjust time and temp as needed. It fits a decent amount of food at once. It goes up to 390°. And my favorite part is how easy it is to clean! I pop it in the dishwasher & there's no rust or peeling to worry about. It appears to be very durable and im so glad I decided to buy it!

I love this. I've only had it 5 days, but I'll update if I ever fall out of love. The first thing I made was pork chops. I cannot cook pork chops without drying them out out, but these came out great. Then I tried cooking chicken, hamburgers, and chuck roast (using the steak setting). Everything has turned out great. Today I made carnivore bread in two mini loaf pans--also turned out great. This is the biggest air fryer I've ever used. I love the glass bowl--it is very heavy, but has two handles for transporting. It will take up an entire (double) sink, but it is easy to clean & I'm glad I don't have to worry about not using scrub bushes on it (cleaning nonstick cookware is awful because of how it has to be babied). I'm worried it won't last--after all, it's inexpensive, but it does come with a 1 year warranty. The instruction booklet is not great & there's no recipe book, so you have to figure out all out yourself, but if you cook regularly it's not an issue.
