My 15 year old cat is back to playing and moving around like a kitten ever since I started giving this to him. I subscribe to this and will never stop giving this to him. The ingredients are also so healthy for cats. This product is fantastic

A bit on the expensive side but so worth it. I bought the original Cosequin first, but ended up trying the one with boswellia and that makes a definite difference. She moves easier and seems to be in less pain and less stiff. I wish it was cheaper but c'est la vie. Will continue buying for my almost 17 year old cat.

This is a good off-the-shelf supplement to help our older cats enjoy life again. I've used this product for more than a decade now on a few cats and it's always made a very noticeable difference after 1-3 weeks. You just have to make sure your cat eats the medicine, either through swallowing the pill whole, or sprinkling over some canned cat food that can hide the slight flavor.I live in a two-story house now and my current older cat with arthritis is now able to come up the stairs more often, when before she wouldn't come up at all. I'd have to carry her up the stairs and if she went back down stairs again, she wasn't coming back up to my home office.I was using the chewable form of this but she just decided she didn't like the chews anymore. The chews work just as well if you can get your cat to eat them.

I have an older amputee cat named Swerve. Since his amputation, his joints have been giving him all sorts of problems and he’s resorted to pulling his hair out to soothe himself. He’s also very overweight, which doesn’t help. At first, to help with joint pain I was trying to get him to lose weight by putting him on a diet and encouraging play, but his joints were so sore he hardly ever moved anywhere. I decided to try cosequin. I read reviews saying it’s also an appetite suppressant, so I was a little worried he would stop eating what little food he was already getting, but honestly this stuff has been a dream. His appetite hasn’t wavered at all and he’s much more active. He’s also stopped pulling his hair out as frequently and his bald spots are growing back in. He’s a big boy, roughly 16lbs, so he gets two capsules worth of powder a day. I think I might switch it to every other day as the label suggests and see if the progress continues since he’s now been on it for a month. I highly recommend, especially for amputee cats!

My husband and I adopted our rescue cat, Jack. He is about 15 years old and he's always been very vocal. He has arthritis but it never seemed to bother him much until recently. He started growling and hissing every time he got up to walk. I had an old bottle of Cosequin and started giving him some ASAP and then I ordered a new bottle. The new one came in a couple of days ago and Jack is doing very well. I'm surprised at how quickly it has helped him with his pain. I've been giving him the Cosequin in pill form with Pill Pockets because he doesn't finish his food, although he will eat with the Cosequin sprinkled in. Today when I was getting ready to give him the pills *he actually came over to me to get them*. This is a huge deal! Usually, he sits where he is or runs away depending on his mood when I have to give him Prednisone. He never comes over to me. I'm so glad he's feeling better and that it's not a struggle to give him this. I think we will go back to sprinkling it on his food when we do the maintenance dose. Thank you, Nutramax! Jack is a happy cat again!
