I dont know most of the nuts and bolts I've tried they seem to be different.Like I can take and nut and bolt apart and the bolt might screw in but the treaded part won't screw in the nut so not impressed

This is the best one out of 5 different products that I ordered and sent back for refunds. The box is strong blow molded. Each one of the sizes has its own spot that it fits into with very good marking. The case has a very strong hinge and latch to keep it closed. The gauges are made of a high quality steel with good threads. I bought 5 others that were made of aluminum and sent them back for refunds. Marking of Guages could be better

Mine cane linked through a stainless braided wire with a loop on each end. The didn't come in that fancy plastic case shown in the description

So disappointed in this set. Things like this should have a much longer return window. After finding one with rolled threads, I checked the rest of the set and found several more bad ones. I have a set on a wire that is perfect, but sometimes you need a loose one to check in a tight place. I wasted so much time getting up and down from under a truck trying to find one that fit. Anger doesn't even come close to what I was feeling about this junk!

This is a great range of sizes, easy to use, and came in handy immediately. Instead of measuring, squinting, and guessing, I know I need a metric bolt where I nearly bought SAE bolts in nearly the same size.These pieces are covered in "anti-rust oil", according to the seller/manufacturer, but be careful, they are _covered_. to the point where oil has dripped into the bottom of the individual socket holder wells. While I would not expect measuring equipment to be drizzled in oil, this is apparently done on purpose, so be careful when you receive the product. I plan to degrease my set, as I dont want the brownish oil on any of the hardware I plan to measure.Additionally, the chrome finish on some pieces in my set seems to be damaged, and do not polish up with cleaning. If scuffed up euqipment is a deal breaker for you, check the chrome pieces if you purchase the set.All that said, this set was about two thirds the price of sets from other brands, and has a molded plastic inside, with the sizes embossed in raised labelling, where the next comparably priced sets had labels printed ontp a punched foam insert. I've added the photo that I sent to the seller when inquring about the oil.

Very well made components and good locking box. Getting this kit allowed me to go through a huge pile of machine screws quickly and sort them by size and type without errors. So glad I bought this! Highly recommended!

This set of nut and bolt thread checkers is held in a secure case. Its advantage over sets in a string is that you can pick one out of the case and size a stud (on an engine, for instance) while turning it quickly to ensure a good fit.

I like this kit for work and to set it in my toolbox for just when I need it. If you plan on having it in just one spot and not on the go get the plate version that you can mount on the wall or a bench. But I got what I wanted for a good price so I is appy.
