2018 Tundra. It looks like they would have lined up with the factory holes, kinda. The Kenwood 6x9 speaker I ordered to pair with these had a deeper magnet than the stock speaker and was hitting the window track. With a little ingenuity, I moved the adapter over a bit and drilled new holes in it to line of with factory holes. Overall, it installed securely with the factory screws into the door frame and works. It doesn't come with screws to install speaker to adapter but I have a bucket of randos in the garage. Searched all over for the right adapter and was not going through the hassle of returning over the excellent price of 18 bucks. 👍
