These come together fast and I really like them. One side is gloss and the other side matte. The fasteners are plastic.I was hoping I could use these for food prep and reheat later in the microwave. I don't think these are appropriate because of the plastic and gloss. I tried to do some research and it came up inconclusive. I decided to use these only to store things in the fridge and then reheat on a plate.
