I purchased this item a special tool is needed to crimp this connector I called the manufacture and know one knew what pliers will work I tried to use the old style but it fractured the insulation sent them back

Great flag terminal and super high quality. They fit snug onto my connectors and they were a hard item to locate. It doesn't say in the title but you receive a pack of 12. So for about $.90 for a lower quantity, these are a great deal and fit onto 12 AWG wire perfectly. Also there was no issue in the crimping process (I crimped 7 of these and kept 5 as spares).

The picture is deceiving. You can't use a Sta-Con or T&B type crimper because the offset for the wire is above the blade grip part, not off-set in the protective cover. I saw some connectors like this in the auto part store and they had the barrel off to the side to accommodate standard crimpers.

These are fine; do what they should and all. That is, a right angle quick connect (aka faston) for 10-12 gauge wire.Note that the quantity in the package is 12 -- not 1 as is currently listed in the product information.Makes the pricing much more reasonable.
