I was told by a NSI rep there is only supposed to be one in the package. Unfortunately, with as good of a company they are and pleasant helpful reps are, it is there of product, but it is detailed to Amazon by a third party called Nilight, (at least that's what I was told by the rep I messaged with) Nilight controls the product here. I was never told why NSI is the company to contact with issues, when they can''t do anything about the false advertising. If you're familiar with this item you know they go for $12+ each.

Product is OK, but it's only a one pack and not 15 pack. Twice this happened
