It does exactly as advertised, with my only minor complaint being I wish it could be adjusted down a bit further. With louder music it pegs out pretty quickly and only drops back down during the quieter passages. For normal volumes this is not a problem. I love all the different colors and display patterns! Recommended.

This device looks SUPER nice with a low volume input. The problem is even on the minimum sensitivity level, it loses all animation (pegged) at normal listening volumes.
