Unfortunately I did not get this product as ordered but was refunded and very pleased with the way everything was handled so much so I forgot and spoke wrongly but since then I have gotten this product and like it

It wore out and began slipping way faster than I'd prefer for a device in this price range. I think the small teeth are necessary to maintain smoothness (which is one of its primary virtues). It would be neat if they had a replaceable wear plate with teeth.
