The magnifier doesn't work in powerpoint. Magnifier only works in the Norwii Presenter application.

It is one of the few items that works with led and also has a laser pointer. I have not yet used it extensively to know about durability.

I am a training supervisor. It works fantastic and allows me to move about the training room (which is quite large) and train. It connects to my laptop easily and the mouse function is a game changer. Some of my trainers have purchased them one after testing mine out.

And I like that you (most likely) won’t lose the USB receiver because it stores inside the remote! What I think is the best feature is that the remote basically stays OFF to conserve battery power and only (and very quickly) turns ON when you press any button to use it. I am SURE you have some need to have a feature-packed presentation remote like this, or you know someone who does so you can gift it. I highly recommend this product.

I got this item for a church where we often have someone on the platform controlling a presentation running on a computer in the back of the sanctuary. Our old system used to work fine but recently, it has not worked at all when the room is full of people. I believe this is due to all of the cell phones using the same frequency band (2.4GHz) and causing interference.I first tested the Norwii N86 at home, going outside and seeing how far I could get before it stopped working. I got about 100 ft. The signal only had one wall to go through, so I expected to get closer to the 165 ft. range they list. However, the real test was at the church. Not only did it work just fine from the platform with a room full of people, it even worked about 25 feet behind the platform. It had two walls to travel through at this distance.The only thing we need this for is the forward and back buttons, but I did test the other features such as controlling the mouse and zooming. All worked well.I would have given this 5 stars if they claimed a more modest (and accurate) range.

Laser pointer on led screen is not automatically used, you need to install it everytime you are going to use it.
