I’ve had a lot of success calling in perch with this rattle spoon and a live minnow head. It’s definitely got a spot in the top shelf of my tackle box

Little small wanted larger ones, but I have caught catfish, large and small mouth, strpper and hybrid, sunfish and crappie. Hooks are little weak and had to replace them.

This is a great spoon for trolling and casting for rainbow trout. I caught many fish on the first one I tried before finally giving it up to a tree. Since these are a hard lure to find, I came to amazon to get more. I have seen these a little cheaper at other places but rarely are they in stock. My only complaint is that after a while the rattle fell out of mine but it still caught fish. The green back with gold side and red belly on a gold back has been my favorite and most productive color pattern. I have found I hook more fish if I bend the barbs out slightly but be careful or these hard red hooks will break if you go too far.
