Bought this ladle to help with canning of my strawberry jam & it works great! The pouring spout on each side makes it easy for right handed & left handed people.

This has been very useful in making stock. I have a really big stock pot and this is a great size for stirring and ladling. Seems very sturdy. I’m happy with this purchase.

This ladle has the best set of features I could find. It is sturdy and a good size. I used it for canning applesauce and had a good experience. The length is right, it has a hook on the end so it doesn't fall in the pot, and the spouts make it easy to pour. It is also fairly comfortable to hold.The one thing that is holding this back from being the perfect ladle is that the handle is spot welded to the ladle part. Due to the shape of the handle there is a gap between the two which allows food to collect and makes it difficult to clean. I understand a seamless construction would cost more to manufacture, so this is a fair compromise for this price point.
