I was so disappointed when my old black plastic fork broke. I used this a lot. It took me a couple of years to find this one, or rather my husband did. I don’t understand why you could no longer see them in stores only the metal ones and I didn’t want one that would scratch my pots/pans.This works so great feels good in the hand the tines have a good point to poke meat to flip/transfer. It is one solid piece so you don’t have to worry about it separating into pieces.Highly recommend.

Heat resistant, one piece construction so no food gets embedded and cleans easily, long handle, nice shape of spoon with flat edge to scrape pan. Medium size modern looking spoon but adequate. Good price and fast shipping.

I bought this spoon because1. I love the dark color that doesn't show heat stains. The one I had was lighter & had turned brown.2. I was happy to find one that had a squared, rather than round bottom edge for scraping bits from the pan3. The silicone feels great in your hand

This does everything a cooking fork is meant to do, and nicely. My only complaint is the large size. It takes up too much space in my utensil drawer. It could have been made a little less bulky.

Used it for the first time yesterday while making chicken larb, to flip over the ground meat in the pan and chop it up. It's sturdy, worked quite well for chopping. Chop, chop, chop. I also like the groovy holes instead of slots, they work. The only issue I have is that the flat end is a little too angular for getting into the corners of a rounded pan. Not a deal-breaker, though.

Bacon. Bacon is the reason for living. Without bacon there is no life, only subsistence. I needed a new bacon fork because my wife gave one of mine away. Cruel, cruel wife. This fork is a good value and is well made, but the photo is deceptive. For cooking bacon, I like a flat fork with very flat tines. That's what this fork looks like, right? Seriously, look at the picture and tell me I'm wrong! Well, the fork has a curved handle, like an S. Well, like an S with the ends cut off or if it got smooshed or something. Regardless, it's not flat. That makes it hard to come in at the proper, oblique angle needed to slide under the bacon for flipping. I have to hold my hand too high, causing a misalignment in my shoulder. Over the period of years and thousands of pieces of bacon, I'm sure this could lead to a career-ending injury. Further, the tines, themselves, or too thick. The correct tine on a bacon fork needs to be flat, allowing the fork to slide easily underneath the bacon strip without pushing it all over the griddle! It's clear that I need to continue my search a satisfactory bacon fork. If I am unsuccessful, I'll have to form a Kickstarter campaign to make one. While all of the world's ills cannot be solved by bacon, they can be made more tolerable. Ah, bacon, you are there for me. I WILL find a fork that suits your unique qualities and allows me to cook you in peace and harmony.
