This is a preliminary review, as I've not used many of the bits in the set, but the ones that I have used have worked fine and appear to be sharp enough for the job in maple. If this changes and they reveal to be better or not, I will update this.

Only used a couple of times, so no idea about longevity. They are sharp, great for using where space is limited and they clear the wood cuttings effectively. Packed in a handy little box for storage which saves having to firkle about in the tool box to find them.

Nice compact size. Brad point tips are a plus. Very handy for pilot holes & dowels. Much more convenient than pulling out your entire set of Brad point bits for common requirements. I bought two sets (so I could find one…). Highly recommend.

I don't work in construction, and years ago I bought a full-size cordless DeWalt circular saw, on clearance, that came with a smaller 'trim' saw. Same batteries, similar design, but smaller. It'll cut through a 2x4 in one pass, no problem, but not anything thicker than that. But it's so light that it's easy to use in one hand, and its little blades are so thin that the cut is tiny and fast. It's even pretty quiet.And that was when it dawned on me that only rarely do I actually need full-sized tools for much of anything. I have a big DeWalt drill, but we use a squirt gun-sized Chinese drill 90% of the time. It works fine, weighs very little, has no kickback, and its batteries recharge in about forty minutes. I have a big reciprocating saw but mostly use a little Black and Decker cordless jigsaw that'll make cuts up to an inch thick, wood or metal, more than well enough. One-handed.These bits are the same concept. If the hole you're drilling doesn't need to be all that deep, why do you need a long bit? These suckers have needle points that let you start the hole *exactly* where you want, every time, and they cut very fast and smooth. They seem to stay sharp more than well enough. Standard hex shank, so they swap in and out of the drill easily even if you don't have a locking socket. They fit easily in a tool bag or drill case, and you've got most of the sizes you probably frequently need.I just wish they came in a closing case that covers the points. It's not hard to find something to put them in, but that would've been even better.

I never realized just how much I needed these things until I got them and now they're my darn go to for vast majority of holes...Brad bits aren't for everyone, but as a woodworker I rely heavily on them.I also have to admit I love my impact gun's small stature and these have the hex end fitting.95% of the holes we drill never exceed this length.This length makes it SOOOO darn easy to just zip through a series of holes with accuracy because of their short nature.Can't believe I've gone this long without them.Can't speak to the durability of these YET as only had them a month. But at this price point I'd replace them if needed out of convenience.I love them.

I bought these because of a YouTube recommendation, and to have something other than my general purpose drill bits for woodworking. They're great. Very precisely machined, and the size selection is of all the common sizes for pilot holes and dowels. They're actually more precise than similar style bits that came with my doweling kit. The other ones leave a hole where the dowels (that came in the kit) wobble in the hole, with these I have to tap then I'm with a mallet.I've also used them to pilot for drywall anchors, and again they're the perfect size, and the pilot point allows for no bounce and great precision, even with a less than perfect chuck on my mini drill.Love them. Will order more.
